SelfAI AI Photo Studio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SelfAI - AI Photo Studio app on iOS and Android, the SelfAI web app at app.selfaiphoto.com, and our website at selfai.digital. The service is provided by Rocket Digital Limited, located at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong.

By creating an account or using SelfAI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use SelfAI. If you are under the age of majority in your country, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

SelfAI lets you upload selfies and receive AI-generated headshots, business photos, ID-style portraits, dating photos, and creative portraits in 30+ styles. Outputs are produced by automated models — results vary by input quality and chosen style.

SelfAI is intended for personal and professional use of your own likeness. Do not upload images of other people without their clear permission.

You agree not to use SelfAI to:

• Upload selfies or images of someone else without their consent.
• Create content that is sexual, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise illegal.
• Impersonate another real person or commit fraud.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service to violate any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Some features of SelfAI require a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription. Subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat depending on the platform. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your platform's subscription settings.

Refunds are governed by the policies of the platform you purchased through (Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web billing). For questions, contact hello@rocketdigital.ai.

You keep all rights to the selfies you upload and the AI headshots SelfAI generates from them. By using the service, you grant SelfAI a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content for the purpose of operating the AI photo studio and providing your outputs back to you.

SelfAI and its underlying software, models, design, and brand remain the property of Rocket Digital Limited and our licensors.

The service relies on third-party providers including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Their terms apply to the parts of the service they power. See our Privacy Policy for details.

SelfAI is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the AI photo studio reliable and accurate, but we cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific output will meet your expectations. AI- generated outputs are not a substitute for legal, identification, or medical use cases that require certified photography.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and our affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of SelfAI. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us anything.

You can stop using SelfAI at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that puts other users or our infrastructure at risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts of Hong Kong, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.

We may update these Terms when the service evolves. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. By continuing to use SelfAI after the update, you accept the new Terms.
